Desert Harbor is located in beautiful Peoria, AZ. The property is located right beside the Peoria New River walking and biking trail, a 15 mile loop near Sun City that is perfect year round for any outdoor activity. The trail also leads to Rio Vista Park, a 52 acre community park with a gorgeous lake, rec center, splash park, picnic tables, volleyball courts, softball diamond, skate park, and more! Nearby, Peoria is home to Lake Pleasant, a gorgeous lake featuring a harbor and camping area. Peoria also hosts the Mariners and Padres spring training facility for the MLB!
The area surrounding Desert Harbor is also home to fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment facilities. For immediate needs, there is a Sprouts Grocery and dollar store just walking distance away, as well as a Biscuits Cafe, Dunkin Donuts, and restaurants like Heidi’s Deli, Brushfire Tapas, and fast food options.
